Reviewed Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze

This was very tasty. However instead of baking in the oven I did everything in the crockpot. I follwed the receipe( except used a 2.5 pound piece of portk) and cooked on low for 8 hours. The meat was tender and had a slight sweet taste. I will definitely use this again. "
