Reviewed Mixed Berry Cobbler
"Made this as directed- used fresh raspberries and blackberries. It was definitely good as a nice alternative to the traditional cobbler, but I personally taste the difference in the amounts of butter- 2 T versus a whole stick will be obvious to anybody! Still, I'm trying to eat better and this is an easy way to indulge without going overboard. "
Reviewed Caramelized Onion, Mushroom and Gruyere Quiche with Oat Crust
"I made this using just the filling portion of the recipe. I needed to use up a gluten-free crust that has been sitting in my freezer for awhile. The filling was great, but it was too much for my 9'' crust somehow. Maybe the size was smaller than the usual pie crust? I ended up using the leftover filling in a greased muffin tin and it made an extra 4 crustless mini quiches. I just added a bit of cheese to the bottom of each tin to substitute for a crust. I'd like to try it with her crust seeing as it gets such good reviews! "
