"Made these for my kid's teachers for lunch and snuck a couple after they cooled. Absolutely delicious! The flavors just burst in your mouth. Only thing was, the recipe only made about 17 mini frittatas, not 40. The possibilities are endless in this recipe. Will try different meats and cheeses and even a veggie only one."
