My Activity
Reviewed Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle
"Also made this one last year and it was a hit! Making it again this year to substitute the usual pumpkin pie; will also have a Chocolate Pecan Pie and an Apple Pie to accommodate all of my guest's favorites!
Reviewed Crunchy Pork Chops with Garlicky Spinach and Tomato Salad
"Actually substituted chicken breasts for my boyfriend and they were terrific - moist on the inside, flavorful and super crunchy on the outside. The leftovers (made a larger batch than the recipe called for) were terrific cold straight from the fridge - like cold fried chicken eaten with both hands! The salad is a delight - simple quality ingredients that just burst in your mouth.
