Reviewed Slow Cooked Cuban Sandwich
"The pulled pork was so flavorful. Easy to make and the smells made me anticipate dinner all day! Served the pork on Hawaiian rolls with mustand and pickles. Will definitely make this again and again."
Reviewed Pasta alla Formiana
"Very saucy and flavorful. I did cut oregano to just over one Tablespoon. And I added parm on top of pasta before adding tomatoes and on top of tomatoes once it came out of the oven. When I heated up leftovers, I mixed in chopped pepperoni. Wow, what an addition. I will add some meat (sausage, pepperoni) next time I make."
Reviewed Honey Glazed Ham on Sweet Potato Biscuits with Blackberry-Balsamic Drizzle
"I am IN LOVE with this recipe. The drizzle is SO good; glad I have leftovers to add to more ham, chicken, etc. The biscuits were very tasty too. Thank you, Jeff. You are the Sandwich King!"
Reviewed Cold Cauliflower Soup with Bacon and Croutons
"very flavorful soup. I used pancetta instead of bacon, used garlic and cheese croutons, and served it warm. I loved this as a great use up for cauliflower and other veggies."
Reviewed Apricot Oat Bars
"loved these bars! So tasty--cruncy, chewy, and sweet. This one is a keeper!"
Reviewed Turkey, Kale and Brown Rice Soup
"Made this soup tonight for dinner. The turkey is a lighter meat than beef and works well in this soup. I did use a whole pound of ground turkey. I love kale and it was a great addition to the soup. Next time I might add garlic, although the soup had a great flavor. Can't wait for leftovers tomorrow!""
Reviewed Three Cheesesteak Sandwiches
"My husband gives this recipe "an easy 5 stars." A great and easy to make meal. I did omit the American cheese (not a fan) and used a little cheddar instead. We made some sandwiches with Provolone and some with Mozzarella--both very tasty. I used a pound of sirloin and a large onion; plenty to go around. Will make this meal again soon.""
Reviewed Chinese Turkey Salad
"Wow! The poached turkey had so much great flavor. The dressing also was very tasty. The salad came together easily. This recipe makes a huge amount of salad. I put the peppers, scallions, and almonds in small bowls, then the lettuce and cabbage in a big bowl. I used a whole red pepper; lots of leftovers so I will slice another scallion to even out""
