Reviewed Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork

"My family cannot stop raving about this meal! All day the aroma was driving them insane! I cooked on high for 4 hrs, my pork was fork-tender. Potatos and onions were also very flavorful. Cannot imagine how someone could not think this was tasty? It must've been the cut of meat. The only thing I will do different next time, is adding less water. Af"

About Me

Hello!!  I'm Kelly- I live in Central Indiana in a very small town. I'm 41 years old, been married  20 years & the mother of two boys- ages 18 & 19. I also have 2 stepsons. I LOVE having ALL my family over for a big dinner!  Especially after church, and during football season!  And they love my cooking- thank goodness! And that says alot considering my first meal I cooked for my husband was burnt chicken tenders! I've came a LONG way!!    I love to watch the Food Network channel and write down my favorite show titles to log-on and save the recipes to my recipe box. My husband loves to help me in the kitchen and it's a good way to spend quality time together.  Our faves are Rachael Ray, (tho I can barely do her meals in under 30!! lol) Paula Deen, and Sandra Lee. We watch a few others, but those are our faves. We are constantly making meals from the shows we watch and my family loves to taste the final product!  It's the simple things in life that matter the most- and that starts with family and A GOOD MEAL!  So to all who read this: Thanks for reading, God bless, and hope you enjoy recreating these recipes as much as we do! PEACE!
