"Best dish I've made in a long time. Even better as leftovers! The gravy is wonderful. My only recommendation is not to use a pork loin as it's too lean (without the gravy it is dry)."

"What a wonderful refreshing pie. It is very tart as many reviewers noted. However, I liked that about it. I would bet this recipe would work great with lemon, orange, etc. as well. Note to readers...no need to pre-thaw pie before eating. It softens quickly."
