Reviewed Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing
"I couldn't find the bottled stuff today so I checked online and found this. I had pancetta instead of bacon which yielded less fat so I top it off with a little olive oil. I would like to think this lightened it up a bit, but I think it just made me feel better about the bacon fat. Great recipe, tasty and easy. Thanks
