This was the absolute best pie I have ever made!!! I threw my pie dough in the freezer for 20 minutes while I worked on the apples so it could firm up a bit and it rolled out perfectly. I added a pinch of cinnamon to the filling and followed the rest of the instructions to the letter. The end result?? The flakiest crust with tangy and chewy apples...
