Hubby doesn't like it too spicy so I replaced the hot paprika with smoked paprika. I did throw in some crushed red pepper into the onions (I've got to have some heat) and also a couple cloves of garlic. It was delicious. I got some heat, some spicy, some smokey, and some sweet. It was excellent.

Good heavens, some of you are just vicious. Sunny has a bold personality but these reviews are supposed to be used to rate the recipe, not to air your petty grievances.

This looked so good on the show that I made it last night. It didn't disappoint. It was delicious and the crema is excellent. I was ready to drink it straight - I didn't but have already thought of several other recipes I can use it with. Jeff Mauro is quickly becoming one of my favorite chefs on Food Network.

This has become a family favorite. I sometimes add browned sausage to the filling and it makes for a great dinner. You can switch up spinach for Swiss chard or any other green you have around. The crust is easy to work with and amazing. It is also a great way to get 'green stuff' into family members who normally balk at them, like my husband....

Very good recipe, although I needed a bit more salt and I added garlic. One thing I do is cook up a huge batch of beans and then I put them in quart zippered bags and freeze them. Then I put a bag in the refrigerator when I go to work and finish them when I make dinner that night. That way I always have homemade, which are much better than the...

Amazing, just like all of Anne's recipes. I have made it several times. You can use it as a blank slate to add all kinds of things. I did one with garlic and rosemary in the dough and I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top. You can add sun-dried tomatoes, chopped olives, etc. There is no end to the options. A family favorite.

Great flavor but did need some tweaking. First time I made it it didn't have enough heat to it. So, I took a combination of suggestions and it ended up a winner. I increased the sauce by 50% since it was a bit dry the first time. Plus I soaked the noodles for about 5 minutes in hot water to soften them up. To add spice, I added a half a ...

This is now one of hubby's favorites. My son hates meatloaf but loved this. The only thing I changed was I used Ritz crackers - I was out of Saltines. The glaze puts it over the top. I wanted it for sandwiches but never got that far. It was gone long before that. Next time I will need to make a double batch so there are leftovers for sandwic"

Wow, big bold flavor. I wasn't sure my kids would eat this with the vinegar but it was great and they have requested it several times. It is fast and easy to make. Another winner from Anne."
