"Great flavor but did need some tweaking. First time I made it it didn't have enough heat to it. So, I took a combination of suggestions and it ended up a winner. I increased the sauce by 50% since it was a bit dry the first time. Plus I soaked the noodles for about 5 minutes in hot water to soften them up. To add spice, I added a half a jalap"
"This is now one of hubby's favorites. My son hates meatloaf but loved this. The only thing I changed was I used Ritz crackers - I was out of Saltines. The glaze puts it over the top. I wanted it for sandwiches but never got that far. It was gone long before that. Next time I will need to make a double batch so there are leftovers for sandwic"
