"I made this for a dinner party this evening. Everyone raved about how good the flavor was and how moist the chicken was. (I usually wind up with dry chicken meat.) I mixed both Panko and regular bread crumbs. I was able to fry the chicken and place it on a foil lined cookie sheet and cover the chicken with foil ahead of guests arriving. When the guests arrived I finished up with baking it in the oven. I only had about a 30 minute delay between steps, but it came out great! I did use less lemon than called for so it was not over powering. I will definitely make this again and again.
