Did Improvments on this recipe. Wanted crunchy chicken so I battered it in egg and coated it with cornstrach then quickly pan fried it and placed in oven on 375 for 15 min (cant have alot of greese so the oven works great!) It turned out great, but stayed up most of the night to make it. It was a bit of a lie about prep time etc. because you have to wait for the crust to cool then cook the cake. love this recipe:) But if you want to use less gress I sugest to bake it at 425 on convection for 10 to 15 min until a nice golden brown. Also you can reduce the amount of sause if you want to just lesson the ingredents. love both the fired green tomaotes and the yummy sause. I recommed this for an easy side dish!!""
