"Excellent banana bread! I used vanilla yogurt instead of the cream fraiche and after one hour of baking decided to go for another 10 minutes. Bread cooked perfectly. I have tried many recipes for banana bread and this was the most moist. Baked one with and one without nuts and both were very tasty. This is my new go to recipe.""
