Reviewed Pasta Bolognese

"Wonderful! Just make sure that you use a wine that you would like to drink. I used a moderately priced cab. I used a mix (equal parts beef, pork, and veal. Since I was wary of the salty comments, I was a bit more conservative with it. I liberally used kosher salt to brown the veggies and then only a couple of pinches to brown the meat. As the sauce simmered I added a bit more here and there. Would make again.
