Reviewed Peanut Butter Cream-Filled Devil's Food Cupcakes

"These cupcakes were absolutely amazing. I don't usually follow directions exactly but after reading reviews I decided to and they came out perfect. I used cake flour and unsweetened Dutch processed cocoa powder (which is more expensive). Others said it was messy so I only filled 1/2 full and when baked they didn't come quite to the top of the pape"

Reviewed Key Lime Cake

"Mixed reviews from people on this. Some liked it and some didn't finish the piece they had. My adult daughter said it tasted like a lime Popsicle. My husband who is a big fan of Key Lime Pie (Kenny Chesney's recipe) did not care for it. Frosting was very good. As others had stated it seemed like a lot of oil so I cut mine down to 1 cup which wor"

Reviewed Easy Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Croutons

"There were four of us for dinner and everyone loved the soup. I have never liked canned tomato soup but this was noting like it. I used regular crushed tomatoes because I couldn't find San Marzano. Only used 1 teaspoon of salt thought 1 tablespoon would be too much. I got the saffron at our public market and it was half the price of the grocery st"

Reviewed Butter and Parm Squished Potatoes

"After reading all the post and altering the recipe I think I got it. Cook potatoes for longer 20-30 minutes turning so they cook evently. I added more broth and water as the level got low and potatoes weren't done. I didn't have enough room in the pan I cooked them in to "sqish" them all so I used it and also a clean fry pan. The potatoes didn't s"

Reviewed Garlic Spaghetti

"Great recipe. I altered the recipe a little because of some reviews. I doubled everything except I used 3/4 cup olive oil and 6 Tbsp. butter. It will probably be even better tomorrow.

Reviewed Pad Thai

"Awesome recipe! I used 12 ounces of rice noodles but followed the directions on the package, 2 minutes in the water wasn't enough (this probably depends on the brand. Not on recipe but was on the show- put egg in pan, then turn on to avoid over cooking (I didn't use any oil for this. I also marinated 2 chicken breast for 10 minutes in a variation of the sauce for the dish and cooked it in a little canola oil. Next time I will make more sauce, maybe another half recipe of it. Everyone loved it I will definitely make it again.
