"This was an excellent dish!! Really loved the flavors and how they worked together and the smell was awesome. Was a good hardy meal, all needed was a salad to go with it. The potatoes and chorizo are filling and tasty. I may recommend slicing the chorizo a little thinner because it can be a bit hard to get through. I might use an Italian sausa""
