"This is an excellent dish and full of flavor. I've never cooked with lemon or orange zest and a little goes a long way. Also, I used a poblano pepper because the store didn't have the Fresno pepper. Not sure how that changed the overall flavor of the dish, but it was still great. Well worth making! "
