Reviewed Honey-Rum Pinto Beans with Burnt Ends

"Totally Awesome!! I spent the last 11 months in Texas trying lots of great brisket. This equals any of them! Only change I made was to finish it in a 225 degree oven after the initial 4 hours. It is literally fork tender, melt in your mouth brisket!

For the beans, I substituted molasses for the honey and used 1/2 cup stock and 1/2 cup dark "
