"Very good salad. I would recommend a little less mayo and a little more buttermilk for the dressing. It's pretty thick if you stick to the recipe and we preferred it a little more thinned out. Otherwise, the flavors go very well together. I also would recommend a higher quality olive oil for the croutons, otherwise they will be a little too greasy. ""

"I make recipes from Food Network regularly and never tried potato gnocchi so I came to an old favorite for Italian recipes.
