Extremely salty. If I were to make it again I would use a 1/4 teaspoon or even an 1/8 a teaspoon of salt. However, the chicken was perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the lemon, thyme, and oregano flavors and felt they played well together (as far as I could tell masked as they were by the salt."

Ina has yet to disappoint me and this was no exception. I skimped on the lemon zest a bit and won't make that mistake again. It was still quite delicious. I will be making this again. The only reason I'm not given it that fifth star is because it's not the healthiest way to prepare salmon."

I didn't love this as much as everyone else seemed to. I thought it was just ok. In its defence I may have added too much of the cooking water because it seemed a bit thin. My review is based on the flavors and not the texture/consistency, but I don't know if the taste would've been vastly improved by using less cooking water."

I LOVE this soup. I make it all the time and keep in the fridge to have a bowl when hunger strikes between meals. I omit the bacon and bread and add more kale to make it healthier, and it is still delicious with a capital Yum!"
