Reviewed Millionaire's Shortbread
"Instead of the shortbread bottom I used graham crackers with the 2 sticks of butter. The caramel didn't darken as much as I would have liked but set up just the same and tasted wonderful. This is definitely a keeper. Also we topped with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream with a smaller portion! REALLY GOOD and will cure any sweet tooth.""
