"This slaw is very good. My family used to to put on pulled pork sandwiches. I am not a cole slaw lover, but this was pretty good. I don't love it, but I would still make it again especially if we were having guests. BTW: I didn't use the scallions or parsley because I did not have them on hand. I don't think it really made difference though."
