Reviewed Coq Au Vin

I love to make this recipe, but as many people commented, the purple color is to me also very unappealing. I am also not particularly a fan of red wine...especially dark varieties. I use a pink or white mild wine instead and I think it tastes better. It's not your conventional Coq au Vin, but it suits my taste better. Isn't that what cooking is all...
