I'm a big fan of Giada and always love her recipes. But this one needs some tweaking! The recipe as written makes for an extremely salty meatloaf. I went back after dinner to watch the episode to see where I went wrong. In the show, she only adds a pinch of salt, but the recipe calls for 2 teaspoons. So if I make this again, I will drastically red"
