Reviewed Better Than Grannie's Creamed Corn
"Yum! Didn't have fresh rosemary but a bit of dried rosemary was still a hit. Used 1 1/2 bags of frozen corn to do 1/2 the servings listed and it worked out great. (Note: 1 ear of corn yields 6 oz) Pleasantly surprised because turmeric makes me nervous, but it went so well with this dish. Went well with a simple roast beef (recipe from America's Test Kitchen) and Ann Burrell's Smashed Potato Gratin.
