Great chowder! Used leftover clam broth and added 1 c fresh corn. And a dash of cayenne. Will be making this often.

Really good soup! I changed it up a bit- added a diced poblano pepper, used 1 box of chicken broth, 3 cups half&half, did not use beans. Even so, super good!

Very moist and tasty. Used 1 stick of butter and used chocolate chips in lieu of nuts. Got 12muffins (baked 25 min) and a small loaf from this recipe. And added a dash of cinnamon. Will keep this one.

I used baking potatoes, followed recipe otherwise. The herbed sour cream really adds to the end result. We loved the crispy potato skins.

Just made this soup- a raw chilly day so it's perfect. My son has already had 2 bowls and it's not dinner time! Easy, very delicious. I did not add the mint- only like mint in mojitos- and used baby kale (no stemming required). Fabulous soup and good for you.

Excellent soup! I did make a few adjustments- did not grill the corn or peppers- diced the onion & peppers and sauteed in oil. Used 1 cup frozen corn, and no zucchini (not a fan). Used 3 chipotles as we like spicy. My market had griiled lemon garlic chicken breasts so I diced those. ANd used the stewed tomatoes but not the sauce. I guess I made qu"
