“Pretty good. I doubled the cooking time. Very, very, moist; reminded me more of a pumpkin pie filling. I ended up with 54 mini cakes (filling them 3/4 full). I will fill them up more next time. Also had enough frosting to frost all the cupcakes.
Don't like the fact that I have 1/2 box of cake mix left. I hope I don't waste it.”
