My grocery store didn't have fresh basil so for extra flavor I used the garlic & herb laughing cow cheese on the chicken instead of the regular swiss and it added the perfect amount of flavor. I served the chicken amore with fresh green beans steamed then quick sauteed with tomatoes in lemon juice.
