"I made my first turkey for Christmas Eve following this recipe. I followed the majority of the recipe making as few changes as possible. We did the brine for 18 hrs getting the turkey in the oven a bit late. Everyone freaked out that it couldnt possibly be done in so little time. But it turned out fabulous!
