"These were delicious. I made them the a day ahead and wrapped them in plastic right on the baking sheet BEFORE washing with egg or baking. Took them right from the refrigerator to the oven in the morning and they baked off fine. You do not need to grease or spray the cookie sheet at all. My husband thought they were the best scones he'd ever taste""
