This was wonderful and definitely doesn't need a intermediate rating as far as difficulty. I used self-rising flour and skipped the salt and baking powder and it turned out fluffy and great. Don't skip on the lemon zest in the whipped cream either. It was wonderful!!!! Definitely a keeper! "
