My Activity

Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

"This recipe was SO easy and they turned out wonderfully! I only used a little under 3/4 cup of sugar, but kept everything else the same. I drizzled a little honey on top of them after baking, which tasted delicious. I can't wait to try these with a Hershey's kiss on top!"

Reviewed Roast Chicken with Herbed Mushrooms

"This was VERY good! The grocery store where I live is terrible, so I had to substitute cremini mushrooms for baby bellas. It turned out to have wonderful flavor!!! I didn't use any of the bacon--it really doesn't need it at all, plus it just adds a lot of extra fat. The chicken is delicious without the bacon and I think the basting really kept it ""

Reviewed Strawberry Shortcake

"This was wonderful and definitely doesn't need a intermediate rating as far as difficulty. I used self-rising flour and skipped the salt and baking powder and it turned out fluffy and great. Don't skip on the lemon zest in the whipped cream either. It was wonderful!!!! Definitely a keeper! "
