"So good I wanted to lick the pan. I did get every bit off my plate though. I cooked the steaks in the pan and brushed them with butter. So, I didn't add any more butter. I didn't use brandy but used beef bullion instead. Since I used beef bullion broth and the browned bits in the pan I didn't add beef bullion separately. I did a half a recip""
