Outstanding, full bodied dish. I prepared it as written but didn't feel the fresh basil was giving enough flavor so I added some additional dried. Other than that it was perfect. Can't wait for leftover night!

I followed several suggestions about adding lemon juice, I also reduced the sugar to less than 3/4 cup. Adding a dash of ginger powder at the end just topped the flavor. It was wonderful. The big test was my husband who says he doesn't like figs. He suggested biscuits for breakfast to accompany the fig preserve."

All the taste sensations of the nuts, bacon, broccoli, and those expensive golden raisins were covered by a dressing that may have been healthy but it was lacking in flavor. It was a very disappointing addition to dinner."

This is the simplest and tastiest shrimp scampi recipe I've ever used. For 2 people I reduce the amount of pasta & shrimp and don't need to add reserved water to finish. it never disappoints."

Reviewed Honey-Mustard Chicken and Apples

This was surprisingly simple, very tasty, the apples & onions really did work well together. Finishing it in the oven leaves room stove top to do other cooking; also then you don't need to watch it.
