Whenever I find a recipe I always look over others'; comments and make adjustments to the recipe accordingly. Noodles came out great for my purpose, but I';m not sure if the extra trouble I had getting them there was from not using salt as others suggested or from only using 1 Tbsp of xanthan gum as a few suggested. My dough was so sticky!...
