Reviewed Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

"I made this for Christmas, skeptical of the ingredients. I have never cooked with fresh herbs or wine before. I tripled the ingredients (except for the garlic, I did about 5.5 cloves) because I used this recipe on a 11lb whole turkey. I also chose a lower grade wine, chardonay, because I just wasn't sure. I marinated the bird in all of the ingredients for about 24 hours in the fridge. I cooked it on 225 for about 4 hours. It turned out FABULOUSLY SCRUMPTIOUS!! It was so moist, juice squirted onto my shirt, not two times but three! This is definitely a staple now. I can't wait to make it a sandwich!!! The flavor was undescribably good! My husband loved it!

Reviewed Orange Baked Ham

"I made this for a crowd of "I will never anything new" type of people. I was asked to bring ham, and boy did I! They loved it! My mother has asked for the recipe to make it for Christmas, I made it for Thanksgiving. Great job, awesome flavor............it made the ham look pretty on the inside as well,nice color!!!
