Whoa! Made this tonight for dinner and was very pleased with how it turned out. I followed the recipe exactly (used chicken stock instead of cream for potatoes as suggested for healthy alternative)and was really happy with the flavors. I honestly do not understand how some said it lacked flavor? Maybe if you didn't salt the water for the potatoes...
