I had leftover brown rice so I made it right after seeing the episode. It was the perfect lunch. right amount of spice from the kimchee, and I used a shake of Japanese "Nanami Togarashi" since I had some on hand, but I'm sure any chili pepper spice would be great."

It's not so much that her recipes are so unique as much as the little tweeks she puts into them that makes all of her food decicious. I've made good ratatouille before but the suggestion to cook the veggies seperate, and then adding that tiny bit of vinegar really brought it to a new level.
