Reviewed Sauteed Cabbage and Apples

This recipe is simply superb! I sauteed the Cabbage a bit longer and add a hint of sugar, if I want a bit more sweetness. The rub and the crust to the pork roast are so aromatic but not over powering. I served it with roasted potatoes and the more heavenly spicy Zinfindel. It complemented the dish perfectly.
