"This was phenominal. I made it in a cast iron skillet as suggested and cooked it in a convection oven at 325 for 40-45 minutes. I didn't use whole milk but I really didn't think it needed it. It was simple to make and tasted great. (The worst part is cleaning up my oven and did make a little bit of a mess with the butter dripping down)."

Reviewed Cranberry-Eggnog Muffins
"These were really good however, I only rated them a 4 because I did not think they needed the cranberries. I made 18 muffins from the recipe and only needed to bake them about 16-18 minutes. I halved the topping recipe to make them a little bit less fattening, but the topping is fantastic. I will make again.

"We really did not like this pie. The cranberries were much too tart. The pear part was good however. I accidentally only used 1/2 the cranberries and it was still too much.
