"This recipe needs review. I went exactly by the recipe for ingredients and cooking time. It was dry. Perhaps after setting a day or two that will change. It did not rise like the recipe. It did not rise as shown in the picture. I am not a novice baker. Find another recipe."

Reviewed Chicken in Green Pipian Sauce

"Great flavor in a totally heathly dish. Slightly spicy, with dimensions of tomatillos, heat & sweet, and pumpkins seeds. Nothing dominated, but blended wonderfully. Made exactly by the recipe and all licked their plate. I will do this for dinner guests and serve pumpkin soup for the first course."

"Your guest will definitely ask for your recipe. It is so easy to make after you assemble the ingredients. I cut and serve the chicken bite size pieces with picks on the side. If you don't want to cook the sauce it will be good if you just dump it all together and heat in the micro. Fabulous....really!"
