The gravy had a good flavor but I only had 1 onion and not quite all the mushrooms it called for, so the 4 cups of broth was too much. Oh, and BTW...once you transfer the skillet to the oven, are you supposed to leave the oil in the skillet? I know the receipe did not say to remove the oil from skillet so I didnt however, when I transfered the skillet to the oven the oil smoked like crazy! I had to open all my doors to let the smoke out...that cant be right!?"
