"Would using light cream instead of heavy cream screw the recipe up??? I couldn't justify buying several four-dollar, teeny carton of heavy cream...either way, I'm going to try it. They look fantastic; I've really fallen in love with salted caramel lately...Lindt Caramel & Sea Salt bar inspired me to try this recipe out...So...here goes nothing!! :)"

"I saw this because I wanted to make an easy dessert and therefore turned to Food Network (because they rarely let me down). And boy, did they set me up well with this one. It was delicious and silky and rich and amazing. I had it over Almond Milk ice cream..THE MOST DELICIOUS thing I've had all week. It was all gone the next day with help from my family...So yummy. And now I'm making Beatty's Chocolate Cake...just gotta do the frosting. Ina, thank you SO much for your fantastic recipes.
