This is a great 'whatever is in my pantry' recipe! I can use different white cheeses,cloves or pumpkin pie spice instead of nutmeg, and no thyme or garlic if I don't have it.

I just made this and it is AMAZING! I substituted 1 tbsp regular mustard for dijon since I didnt have dijon and substituted 1/4 cup molasses for maple syrup since I didnt have maple syrup. I also added 1/2 cup brown sugar to balance everything since I didnt add the sweet maple syrup. I love this!!"

I LOVE this recipe! The Basalmic vinegar really makes this dish UNIQUE it has a lovely flavor that you can't quite put your finger on but it sets it apart from other rhubarb crisps Ive made!"
