Reviewed Teaspoon Bake Shop's Oatmeal Cake with Maple Glaze
"The resulting cake after I baked it was 5 stars delicious, but I took a star away because I would recommend either changing the size pan you use or the cook time. Seeing as I am impatient when baking, I think I'll use a larger pan next time (13x9) The batter fills up an 8x8 pan and it ended up taking almost 50 minutes to bake! I even had to put"
Reviewed Creamy Chicken Enchiladas Verde
"This was the easiest recipe to make and tasted amazing! We always make chicken enchiladas in my house the day after a roast chicken or anytime we have leftover poultry, but this recipe is so good, I think I'd actually make the chicken just for the recipe! (But most likely, it'll come from the supermarkets rotisserie!) Seriously, super easy and s""
Reviewed Fried Smashed Potatoes with Lemons
"These potatoes were amazing. We are HUGE potato fans in this house, but not so much of lemons...so I made the potatoes as the recipe suggests, using garlic and rosemary infused oil that I already had (thus emitting the crushed garlic). Once they were done, I simply dressed them with butter, salt, and pepper. They turned out amazing. It's a very easy, simple recipe and the great thing is, once you've got down the technique, you can customize the ingredients to you and your families liking. "
Reviewed Ricotta Orange Pound Cake with Strawberries
"I don't usually see too many responses to reviews on food networks website, but I have a few. Just remember, I'm not being mean, just voicing my opinion... First of all, I agree that the users that had overflow must have either used AP flour or an 8x4in loaf pan instead of a 9x5in. Secondly, Giada did not ruin your Christmas, not making the recipe ahead of time did (and believe me, I've done it many, many times myself! OH, and I love this cake, if you don't like alcohol in your desserts like me, using almond extract works great. I just suggest reducing the amount to 1 tbsp since it's a more concentrated almond flavor."

Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings
"I made this last night for the first time and everyone loved it! I used a rotisserie chicken to save time (and because I'm a HUGE advocate for the many uses of store bought rotisserie chicken!) and it worked perfectly! I've never made a non-rollout dumpling that I've liked, but these were light, flavorful, and one of the best dumplings I've ever made. This recipe is definitely being added to my book of recipes to make again and again!
Reviewed Outrageous Brownies
"I know I gave the recipe 5 stars, but to be honest, I really don't like them, at all! Why the 5 stars then? I'll tell you why...I have never, ever, been given more compliments on a recipe as I get when I make these! People go crazy over them! My opinion: They're too dry and the coffee way overpowers the chocolate! I think I'll stick to betty crocker...BUT decide for yourself! The dozens and dozens of people I've served them to can't all be wrong!
Reviewed Pumpkin Roll Cake
"I made this roll for Thanksgiving this year and it was amazing! I have to admit, I don't like cooking with alcohol so I decided to create my own filling for it: 1 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese (room temp), 1/4 cup cream cheese (room temp), and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Just be careful when filling it not to put too much in or it'll be a mess when trying to roll it. To keep it nice and neat, I just spread on a thin layer and served the rest of the cream on the side so that everyone could add as much or as little as they wanted! I would definitely recommend making two right off the bat...this was soo good, I doubt there will ever be any leftovers!
