About Me

I love eating out, though not the waistline that can come with it, so making a new dish each night with dinner mixes things up and makes dinner a more exciting time.  I've been a housewife for 10 years now and pretty much started most of my cooking back then.  I've been baking, which doesn't seem to go so well now as high up in the altitude as I live, since I was 18 and able to.  I'd like to do more baking but it just gets frustrating and another item on my list which creates a larger waistline.  

I am married to my ultra sexy, exciting, and much loved husband who is the manager of a thriving steel plant during the day and an NHRA Bracket Drag Bike and Index racer.  We have 2 adult sons, one getting ready to go off to college and the other to move into a rental we have, which will allow us the some time alone which we are looking forward to........along with their visits and laundry! LOL!  We have many pet animals from farm animals to little indoor hostages.  I love to travel and explore new foods and places.  Also quite a review junkie, reviewing often on Yelp and Yahoo (nobody seems to go on Yahoo anymore though).  That pretty much sums me up!
