“I had to substitute the wheat flour for white rice flour and they were perfect. So delightfully light and heavenly. Very easy recipe to follow. The only suggestion is do bake them during a dry day - my glaze never harden up - but then again, I made them on a rainy day.
I'm going to try lime and orange ones as well.
