This is an AMAZING soup! My husband and I were channel surfing and saw part of this episode and it looked so good, we got all the stuff to make it the next day!! I'd say it takes more than 20 minutes to prepare, but it's just chopping. This recipe makes a LOT, but you'll want to eat it all. The avocados add a wonderful richness to a raw vegetable "

I've made this several times now, and it never fails to please. I used chopped boneless skinless thighs one time because it was what I had, and it was just as good. I serve it over quinoa. I haven't made the harissa sauce, yet. May try it tonight with Greek yogurt. "

This is an amazing recipe! I made a ton of it before going to vacation with a group of women friends. Not only did they eat all of it, but we went to the store to get enough stuff to make another double batch!
