This is excellent and delicious. My husband smoked the pork and I made the sauce and it was outstanding. Planning to make big supply of it and freeze it into portions. The only thing I did differently was that I did not thicken the masa flour with oil. Just used the flour and water, otherwise everything was the same. Would give 10 stars if I could!...

This recipe is excellent! I made a few changes so I could work with what I had. I used only boneless skinless chicken breast. Also, used half-n-half instead of heavy cream. After I grilled the chicken I diced it and then made the entire sauce including the half-n-half. When the sauce was ready I used my immersion blender to make it nice and smooth"

This is excellent, the fresh herbs really make the dish. My only recommendation would be to cut down on the amount of pasta. 3/4 to 1 C. is plenty. This really is very good and super easy to make. We topped ours with romano and pecorino cheese, perfect! ""
