Best Peanut brittle I have ever made. I did only use 1/2 the cinnamon it called for and used almonds instead of peanuts...This recipe will be a family favorite. For all of you that had issues with the 340 degrees, I think you might be trying to cook it on too high of a temp, or possibly a very thin pan. It does take patience for this recipie, ...

This is a wonderful recipe. This is the first time I have made it, and it was so easy, and pretty flexible too. I went to put in the baking soda and realized I had no baking soda. I pulled the pan off the burner and ran to the store, bout a 8 min round trip, and then came back and added the soda to finish it, and it still turned out beautifull...
