Really delicious way to cook a tenderloin! I doubled the recipe to put on two tenderloins and make sure there was a thick coat of rub. Made my life a little easier by searing and roasting the pork in the same pan.""

This was a great base for what I was hoping to make. I added ground chicken sausage (because my husband loves meat) and I cooked the vegetables longer than directed. Really delicious!

Reviewed Pork with Squash and Apples

This was such a fantastic fall meal! We cooked the pork in a cast iron skillet and added just a bit of chicken broth before putting it in the oven. The squash and apples were definitely my favorite part! Left out the red onion because I don't like it, but the honey mustard and spices added just the right amount of flavor.
